    General Registration & Participation Policies

    Updated: January 26, 2026

    Class & Workshop Refund Policy

Full payment for all classes and workshops is required prior to the start of the program.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the event that Broadway Workshop cancels a class or workshop, a full refund will be issued.
Student withdrawals or absences for any reason are not eligible for refunds or credits. If a student is sick we will do our best to offer a credit to use on a future workshop or class.

Camp & Intensive Refund Policy (2026)

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total program fee is required to secure a space in any summer camp or intensive.

Final payments are processed automatically and charged to the card on file one month prior to the program start date.

    • Deposit payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • Once the final payment due date has passed, no refunds or credits will be issued for withdrawals.

    • If a student pays in full at the time of registration and withdraws before the final payment due date, Broadway Workshop will refund 50% of the total program fee (the deposit remains non-refundable).

All registrations represent a firm commitment to the program.

    Inclement Weather

In the event of a class or workshop cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified via email and/or phone as soon as possible. Refunds or credits will be processed within 5 days of the canceled class.

    Parent Attendance

Parents and guardians are not permitted to observe classes or workshops. This policy is in place to maintain a focused, supportive environment for our students and to ensure the integrity of the training process. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay on the premises during classes/camps/workshops.

    Photography & Video

Broadway Workshop reserves the right to photograph and/or record classes, workshops, rehearsals, and performances for promotional, archival, and educational purposes. Participation in any Broadway Workshop program constitutes consent for such use.

    Waiting Lists & Sold-Out Classes

We are thrilled by the demand for our programs and work hard to maintain small class sizes to ensure a high-quality experience for every student.

When a class or program reaches capacity, a waiting list will be offered. If a space becomes available, Broadway Workshop will notify the entire waiting list simultaneously via email. Available spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Liability

Participation in Broadway Workshop programs is at the student’s own risk. Broadway Workshop is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft on our premises.

    Teaching Artists

Broadway Workshop Teaching Artists are working professionals in the entertainment industry. Due to professional obligations and availability, faculty substitutions may be necessary. Any changes will be communicated prior to the start of the class or program whenever possible.

    Enrollment & Program Changes

Broadway Workshop reserves the right to cancel, modify, or consolidate programs due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

    Privacy Policy

Broadway Workshop uses the personal information you provide solely to process registrations and payments. We do not sell, trade, or share personal or payment information with outside parties except as required to complete transactions or comply with applicable laws.
