Broadway Workshop is thrilled to welcome back, Broadway, TV and Film Star JEREMY JORDAN for this special one day Master Class! Mr. Jordan earned a Tony® Nomination for the role of Jack Kelly in the original Broadway cast of Newsies and also appeared in the Broadway casts of Bonnie and Clyde, West Side Story and Rock of Ages. Mr. Jordan is known to TV audiences as Jimmy from NBC’s SMASH and Most Recently as Jamie in the film adaptation of Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years.
Mr. Jordan will be joined by musical director and collaborator – Benjamin Rauhala and Broadway Workshop director – Marc Tumminelli, who will personally work with each student on audition technique and song interpretation. This master class will focus on giving actors the opportunity to bring their audition and performance skills to the next level.
This is an ADVANCED LEVEL WORKSHOP. Students should have extensive experience on stage, in class and be actively pursuing a career in musical theatre. Students should be ready for honest feedback and to be open to exploring new ways to work on their material. Each student should have 2 musical theatre vocal selections in the correct key for this class. Class is limited to 16 students. On-line registration only.
