Nikki is best known for her role as Tracy Turnblad in the 2007 remake of the film Hairspray starring John Travolta for which she received a Golden Globe Nomiation . Other Film/TV credits include; Maggie Baker in the Lifetime television movie Queen Sized, Willamina on The ABC Family original series Huge, Margo on NBC’s SMASH, as well as Ugly Betty, Valemont, The Fresh Beat Band, Waiting for Forever, The English Teacher, Harold and most recently, Nikki appeared in the adaptation of Geography Club with Ally Maki and Meaghan Martin. Some of Nikki’s theatre credits include; Les Misérables, Sweeney Todd, Kiss Me, Kate and, in the title role, the opera Carmen. Nikki has been teaching at Broadway Workshop since 2009!
