Anne is an actress and singer and was most recently seen as Olive in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Other recent credits include Carrie in Carrie the Musical, Natalie in Next to Normal, Cinderella in Into the Woods, Jenny in Dirty Little Secrets starring Jai Rodriguez, Shelley in Batboy: the Musical, Brunhilde in Das Barbecu, Suzy Simpson in The Marvelous Wonderettes, Josephine/Monica in Romance Romance, Kathleen in Ragtime, Dawn in Lobby Hero, Kenni in Becky’s New Car, Columbia in The Rocky Horror Show, and Kate McGowan in Titanic the Musical. Anne is a graduate of the BFA Musical theatre program at the New World School of the Arts.
As a private acting coach and voice teacher, Anne prides herself in instructing and encouraging her students to be well-rounded singers as well as actors. She greatly enjoys training young people in vocal technique, storytelling through song, and character development. She also loves experiencing first-hand the growth of her students as artists and as people. Many of her students have won honors in Thespian Festival competitions at Middle and High School level and several of her high school seniors have gone on to attend well known theatre programs all over the country.
